SOLD – Oak Working Desk . English Gov. Date Stamped 1931

A solid oak, unpretentious  5ft x 3ft working desk.  Twin pedestals both with three drawers including large central file drawers.  Top with recent  inset green faux-leather writing surface.   Made in 1931 (Geo V period)  both pedestals stamped with a Crown G.R.V. and the makers stamp L.C.Co.       Brass pull handles also stamped a Crown and G.R. markings.   Large 20″ x 27″ kneehole space.   Built to last there is nothing pretty about this desk, its solid, practical,  unrestored ‘as is’ condition is very good value & will last almost forever.  Perfect for a small business setting up, workshop, home office or a students room.
